We respect your privacy and are committed to safeguarding your personal information. BoxBin only collects information provided by Google and Apple during the registration process. This information is used solely for authentication purposes and is not shared with third parties.

  • Authentication Information: The app collects minimal data through Google or Apple registration, used only for user authentication and account access.
  • Subscription & Payment Information: If you purchase a premium subscription or a paid feature, payments are processed through the Google Play Store or Apple App Store. BoxBin does not store your payment details but retains subscription status to provide premium services.
  • No Location Tracking: The app does not collect or track your location.

2. Image Uploads

By uploading images to BoxBin, you agree that these images are voluntarily provided by you. These images are used exclusively for identifying or locating items within the app and are not shared or used for any other purpose.

3. Use of App

You agree to use the BoxBin app only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not violate the rights of others or restrict their use and enjoyment of the app.

4. Subscription and Payment

  • Auto-Renewal: If you purchase a subscription, it will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
  • Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Google Play or Apple App Store account settings.
  • No Refunds: All payments are final. We do not offer refunds or credits for unused portions of subscriptions.

5. Data Security

While we take reasonable measures to protect the security of your information, no method of data transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Modifications to Terms of Service

BoxBin reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be reflected in the updated terms, and the effective date will be updated accordingly. Continued use of the app after such changes will constitute your acceptance of the new terms.
