Frequently Asked Questions:

  • How do I get smart labels / QR codes?
    You can get smart labels and QR codes by purchasing them through our shop at boxbin.app/shop. Once purchased, you will receive a PDF with your labels via email.
    Please note: Each QR code can only be used once.
  • How do I delete my account?
    To delete your account, go to your Profile in the app and select Delete Account.
    Please be aware that once your account is deleted, ALL information associated with your profile will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered. This action is irreversible.
  • How do I share access to my inventory?
    In the app, go to the Share tab and click the Add button under Share Access. You will be prompted to enter the username of the person you wish to share access with.
    To revoke access, click the Delete icon (with a red “x”) under the group “Shared By Me”.
  • How do I scan an existing QR code?
    To view the contents of a box or bin, go to the Scan tab and tap “Tap to Scan” when the Smart Label/QR code is in sight. This will open and display your Box/Bin contents.
  • How do I add a new location?
    To add a new location, go to the Add tab and select Add Location. Alternatively, you can edit an existing location through the Home tab.
