Step 1: Download the App
Install BoxBin on iOS or Android to get started instantly.
Step 2: Create a Bin
Tap “+ New Bin” to start organizing. Add a name and optional tags like location or color.
Step 3: Purchase QR Labels
Visit boxbin.app/shop to order your official Smart Labels.
Step 4: Assign QR Codes
Print your email-delivered labels (compatible with Avery templates) and scan to assign each code to a bin.
Step 5: Add Items
Open your bin and tap “+ Add Item”. You can add names, tags, and even photos for every item.
Step 6: Scan to View
Scan any QR code to instantly pull up a bin’s contents—no need to open it!
Step 7: Search & Share
Search across all your bins or share them with others—perfect for moves, classrooms, or family homes.
